Execute and manage the development cooperation policy, in accordance with the guidelines established by the competent body of the Administration of the Generalitat.
Managing the economic and material resources for development cooperation.
Advise the Government of Catalonia on the planning of the Catalan development cooperation policy.
Make public calls for grants and funding for development cooperation projects.
Advise and support public and private entities that carry out activities in the field of development cooperation.
Design and execute development cooperation projects and actions, including in the field of training and dissemination.
To enter into agreements and contracts with public and private persons and to constitute or participate in entities with legal personality.
Any other functions assigned or assigned by the Government of the Generalitat.
And, by delegation, the coordination of the actions of assistance and development cooperation carried out by the different departments and agencies of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
