The Agência de Promoção Comércio e Investimento (APCI) is São Tomé and Príncipe’s national institution dedicated to fostering economic growth through investment promotion and trade facilitation. Additionally, APCI has been instrumental in organizing forums and sessions aimed at exploring sector-specific opportunities, particularly in tourism, hospitality, agriculture, and fisheries.
The agency’s commitment to excellence was recognized in 2019 when APCI was shortlisted for the “Best Investment Promotion Agency in Africa” award by The European – Global Banking & Finance magazine, highlighting its significant contributions to the continent’s economic development.
