Tcgcape is one of the leading IT services companies in Cape Town, South Africa. We offer complete in-house IT hardware & software support that manages full time by qualified technicians. We provide evaluation, monitoring and research service to our clients.

We provide business solution-based services. Our goal has always been to be the one stop for any business that is currently growing from just two users to a medium-sized business. We offer solutions in IT hardware sales, software, consultancy and IT support services. We also have two other main departments, our Studio (for web development, graphic design and copywriting) as well as our Digital Forensics department. We pride ourselves on not only providing one kind of service, but a variety of different options.

TCG started in a typical “business from home” scenario. By year four, with the acquisition of a smaller sized IT company, even more space was needed and Peddy Tech relocated into Montague Gardens. Over the years the company has continued to grow at a steady pace and recently re-engineered the business model it works to in order to offer better pro-active services and a broader scope. Today the company has its head office in Cape Town with a branch in Pretoria/JHB and a presence in Durban and Port Elizabeth.

Our 2 main branches (CPT and PTA) are currently run by Natascha Pienaar, who has been with the company for over 19 years.

The Peddy Tech you see today is a giant leap from its humble beginnings as a garage-based business and has an excellent client retention ratio which accounts for its steady growth. The company has always been about customer service and bringing its clients the best available business solutions at market related prices without compromise.

In 2010, we changed our name from Peddy Tech to The Computer Guyz (purely as everyone kept calling us “The Computer Guyz”). Even after the name change, the company continues to succeed in the business world, with Craig Pedersen as the sole owner and 25 staff members based nationally.

As an IT Support company, we do have a BEE certificate; however we will only hire people with the best skills, personality and track record for the job. Our main aim is to deliver the best services at the best possible rates – that’s what a business is all about.
