Why we decided to bring the Tea factory to Botswana..

As an enthusiastic tea drinker, I underwent research on the local market and investigated Batswana’s love for tea, and the high demand for it. The available prime brands, tend to be very expensive for multitudes of consumers who are un employed, so with our country facing the current unemployment crisis, the concept of an alternative option surfaced.

What processes are involved in making our tea..

Tea is imported from Malawi, it is then poured into the feed bucket elevator, its then weighed by multi-weigher, it then is form filled by the vertical form fill and sealed by the heat seal machine to make a small tea pouch. It is then put manually into small packets, shrink wrapped and then inserted into a box corrugated for the market.

It has unique blend which is tantalizing on the tastebuds and is said to have a relaxing effect. Its also the perfect balance between strong and weak, in order to have a great taste but not have too much caffeine that could cause negative effects if consumed too much.
