Under the terms of article 3 of decree n ° 011/29 of 10/06/2011 on the statutes of a public establishment called “Civil Aviation Authority of the Democratic Republic of Congo”, in acronym “AAC / RDC” , the Civil Aviation Authority of the Democratic Republic of Congo is the government’s adviser on civil aviation.
