mHub Malawi is a technology hub in Lilongwe, Malawi, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through training, mentorship, and support for startups.

mHub Malawi is the first technology and innovation hub in Malawi, located in Lilongwe with additional workspaces in Blantyre and Lusaka, Zambia. Founded in 2014 by Rachel Sibande, a computer scientist and social entrepreneur, mHub aims to promote technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation within Malawi. The hub provides a range of services including tailored technology solutions, entrepreneurship support, and digital skills training for youth and businesses​.

mHub has made significant impacts since its inception. It has trained over 42,000 young people in business and technology skills and facilitated over $1 million in funding for emerging entrepreneurs. These efforts have resulted in the creation of more than 1,000 jobs​.​. The hub also supports various programs aimed at improving employability and self-employment opportunities, such as the Ntchito Mbambande project, which focuses on enhancing youth employability across several districts in Malawi​.

In addition to training and financial support, mHub offers a collaborative workspace for young innovators and entrepreneurs. This space is designed to foster creativity, networking, and idea-sharing among its members​.. The hub also engages in ICT consulting and ICT4D (Information and Communications Technology for Development) projects, launching over 30 technology platforms addressing issues like human rights, citizen engagement, and governance​.
