Motse Lodge, located in Kanye near the scenic Mmakgodumo Dam, is just 3 km from the Trans Kalahari Highway—5 hours from Johannesburg and 10 from Windhoek. As Kanye’s first lodge, we offer camping, rondavels, chalets, and luxury accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Our main building houses a restaurant serving everything from snacks to gourmet meals, plus a conference room for 50 delegates with full multimedia facilities. Guests can choose from five rooms with satellite TV, air conditioning, and private bathrooms, or seven luxury chalets designed like traditional Setswana homes, some with self-catering kitchens. Three rondavels offer an authentic cultural experience, while our secure wooded campsite with water and power points is perfect for caravans, families, and overlanders.
