Maitisong, meaning “place of entertainment” in Setswana, is a cultural venue owned by Maru-a-Pula School in Gaborone, Botswana. It serves both as a school assembly hall and a community theatre. The Maitisong Festival, launched the same year, has become Botswana’s premier arts event, showcasing music, dance, and drama from local and international artists.
