This is an excellent base for your safari activities in western Uganda. The lodge adheres to eco-tourism principles & is designed to maximize privacy with an authentic safari ambiance. Surrounded by the queen Elizabeth National Park and bordering the Kazinga channel, the lodge has a truly unique setting; draped with sounds of Uganda’s unmatched wildlife.
Part of our earnings support & facilitate katunguru Comnunity School for poor children & orphans of katunguru fishing village to access education, develop sports talents, nutrition & awareness on moral values. We currently support talent development in football by providing sports equipment & coaching. Also, together with Rukarairwe Rural Development Initiative funded by friends from Germany especially Hartmut & Netter, started a Bee keeping project.
