The Rural Child Empowerment Forum (RUCEF) is a non-profit organization based in southwestern Uganda, dedicated to advocating for and empowering vulnerable children in rural communities. Founded in April 2016, RUCEF focuses on addressing critical issues such as high school dropout rates, early pregnancies, and unemployment among youth.
RUCEF operates several impactful programs, including the Mbarara Ghetto Youth and Girl Child Empowerment Program, the Rucef Talent Search Drive, and the Rucef School’s Brain Challenge. These initiatives aim to provide education, life skills, and community support to marginalized children and youth.
