Phazama Farm. We believe in a world where human and nature are in harmony; where (wo)men are able to live the live they want for themselves and where the heart and mind are connected.
We are doing this because it is a deep strong feeling within which we feel when we are at our land in Tsutsubega. We see the struggle of many people throughout the world and we know that this can be different. So we create the opportunity on our farm to experience to be in harmony with nature and to learn from nature. We wish to share this feeling of freedom that is given to us by the power of nature, the remoteness of the land, the pristine environment and the love that we feel in ourselves.
We also believe that leadership is a choice and comes from within. You first have to master yourself before you can master others. That is why we created the Leadership2Impact program in which you can learn about and experience your vision, drive, conscience and discipline. Become the leader you can be.
We believe in a world in which every individual can fully develop their talents and can realize their own dreams. In the communities in Botswana around us we run projects to empower mainly vulnerable children and women so that they can live the (financial) independent life they wish.
