Cocoa Processing Company Limited (CPC), based in Tema, was established in 1965, incorporated as a limited liability company in 1981, and listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange in 2003. It operates three factories: two Cocoa Factories and a Confectionery Factory. CPC processes premium Ghana cocoa beans into semi-finished products such as liquor, butter, cake, and powder, while the Confectionery Factory produces Golden Tree Chocolate Bars, Couverture, Pebbles, VITACO, ALLTIME drinking chocolate, Choco Delight, Choco Bake, and Royale. Uniquely, CPC uses only Ghana’s finest cocoa beans without blending, likely the only factory worldwide to do so. Through strong research and development, CPC delivers products that meet international quality standards and consumer satisfaction. Its Cocoa Factories have an annual throughput of 65,000 metric tonnes of premium Ghana cocoa.
