Over the past 20 years, URBAN CONSULT has successfully executed the planning, design and administration of nearly 280 new housing development projects ranging from low cost, affordable developments to exclusive security estates, six golf estates and wildlife resorts, as well as numerous proposals for new housing projects. Upgrading of informal settlements was also done for various municipalities and developers.

Valuable experience has been obtained in terms of planning legislation that governs development applications in South Africa. We recognize the fact that equal opportunities must be given to previously disadvantaged individuals and therefore, since 2001 Urban Consult has given assistance to numerous students who joined the firm, to complete their studies.
