Namport (Namibian Ports Authority) is a state-owned enterprise established in 1994, managing Namibia’s main ports in Walvis Bay and Lüderitz. From its headquarters in Walvis Bay, Namport operates a key logistics gateway on Africa’s southwestern coast, providing fast and reliable access to global shipping routes. The ports connect Southern Africa with Europe, Asia, and the Americas, positioning Namibia as a strategic trade hub supported by stable governance and strong transport corridors.
